BONEVILLE SALT FLATS ENGAGEMENT ADVENTURE

BONEVILLE SALT FLATS ENGAGEMENT ADVENTURE

MORE OF WHO WE ARE…

I have a passion and I am an advocate for creating authentic and unposed photos. As a mother of two babies I photograph them a lot and the majority of time they want to be themselves and not who I make them be. When you come to “Inde’s Photo” my main goal is to create real intimate moments that speak the rawness of the love you share, whether it is your kids, your partner, or simply the features you hold. I am a believer to telling the raw moment of your story.

KENZIE & RYAN

It all begins with an idea. I am here for it.

Planning your engagement photos should be about an adventure with your loved one. There was a time when I heard that engagement photos are important for sending save the dates, or for your engagement announcement, as I am still an advocate for all the traditional moments that happens within wedding planning because I respect all traditions, but in the 18 yrs I have learned that planning a wedding/engagement sessions is about you and your partner. I have learned that every generation brings something new and fresh. Forget a trend, forget traditions, and begin living moments that you spend with your loved one as one.

I threw the idea to McKenzie and Ryan about taking their engagement photos to a whole new level and adventure to the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah. Did we do it!! YES! Was it worth the drive?! YES!

The planning behind the engagement photoshoot was so simple. We began planning it around May and set a date for August. We booked an AirBnB as we traveled in our own ways and we just met with each other at the rest area and drove into the flats we stayed communicating throughout the trip to make sure we all felt safe and excited for the shoot. I highly recommend to rent or drive an all wheel drive vehicle as the salt can get stuck to your car, or you could get stuck. If this is a route you should to take that is to the Bonneville Salt Flats, or to any other sand dunes or adventure I highly encourage to keep in mind to plan dinner before especially if you will be taking photos around sunset or you can bring your favorite snack/ dinner that you enjoy together, drinks, if camping is something you do together, and you want to set ups camp before shoot, make it part of your shoot. These are just ways to incorporate moments that you want to capture for the two of you. Planning engagement photos is also a way that you can get to experience and feel the vibe between you and your photography. When the wedding day comes around you can find yourself in a more calm state of mind. You can train yourselves in knowing that you can trust your photographer and you did choose right.

My goal is to give you a whole new level of experience through your photos! I hate those posed and smile at the camera. I will adventure with you and I highly recommend into doing it.
